Gold Price History in Egypt
Read dated market observations, compare periods and view the complete price line for every major carat. Gaps remain visible instead of being filled with estimates.
Recorded prices, not projections
Use the table and chart as market context. Past movement can help comparison, but it does not forecast the next rate or a jeweller's final quotation.

Reading Egypt gold price history
History is useful when every row describes the same thing. This site records validated Egypt market observations in EGP and keeps gaps visible when no reliable source value is available. That is more honest than filling a missing day with a converted dollar estimate.
A chart can show whether the latest accepted 24K or 21K value is above or below earlier recorded dates. It cannot explain every reason behind the movement, and it cannot forecast the next update. International bullion, exchange conditions, local demand and dealer timing can all affect what a buyer sees at a counter.
For personal records, save the date, carat, unit and purpose beside any quote. A household jewellery purchase, a bullion decision and an insurance note may use the same public rate but need different evidence.
How to read a gold chart
Start with the carat you intend to buy. Then compare the current point with the recorded high, low and average for the period that matters to you.
Why some dates may be absent
A date is shown only when a validated market entry exists. Keeping missing days blank is more useful than inventing a price that was never recorded.
